the qe2

Over the last few months, Rosanne has lived and worked on board the World famous ocean liner, the QE2. This has allowed her the opportunity to photograph the renowned ship in the many locations she has docked in throughout the World, as well as from the inside of the vessel.

Rosanne considers herself very fortunate that she will continue to work on board the QE2 during the famous ship's final months at sea. The QE2 is scheduled to retire from service in November 2008, and this allows Rosanne a unique opportunity to document the vessel's final voyages and ultimately, her relocation to her new permanent home as a floating hotel in Dubai. The QE2 is Cunard's longest-serving ship, and represents Cunard's legacy for "the most famous ocean liners in the World."
This gallery of images of the QE2 represents a small selection of many photographs taken whilst living and working on board. The collection of photos from inside and outside the ship will continue to expand over the last few months of the QE2's working life.
